We rely on your consent for any marketing contact, and on our legitimate interest in providing the report you asked for. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Your details and any purchase are recorded in our customer system, HubSpot, which stores this information securely on our behalf. If you buy a diagnostic, payment is taken through a secure checkout provided by our payment partner, and we never see or store your full card details. Your diagnostic answers are scored in your browser.
We keep your details only for as long as we need them to support you, and no longer than is reasonable. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
You have the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@starbuckassociates.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
When your organisation runs a team assessment, your individual answers are combined with those of your colleagues into a single, aggregated team report. Your individual responses are not shown to your employer, and the aggregated report only becomes available once a minimum number of people have taken part, so that no one person can be identified. Your organisation decides who is invited and how the results are used, and acts as a controller for that team assessment alongside us.
You are responsible for inviting only people who expect to take part, for telling them how their results will be used, and for handling the aggregated report in line with data protection law. We provide the aggregated report and never share individual responses back to you.
This diagnostic sets no marketing cookies itself. It stores a small amount of information in your browser only to run a team assessment and remember your progress. Our main website uses cookies as described in its cookie policy.
